terms
1. site owner to supply all contents to be published on the website. If power point files or other attachements are to be uploaded as links, owner is responsible for the formatting of such documents.
2. unless copywriting service is requested, it is the site owner's responsibility to ensure that the wirte ups for the website are grammatically correct and properly formatted.
3. packages exclude domain name registration and web hosting charges. This usually cost around 20 singapore dollars per year for domain name registration and 200 singapore dollars per year for webhosting.


payment terms
50% of estimated project total is to be paid upon confirmation. Additional 40% payment when all pages are up. Changes are to be submitted within 2 weeks of delivery. Final 10% to be paid when requested changes are updated on the website.
